Who is responsible
DARMOR MORTGAGE BROKER L.L.C., Licence No. 1647034, is responsible for the personal information it uses to provide its mortgage and professional collaboration services. This notice covers this website, enquiries and the subsequent service provided by our team. For privacy requests or concerns, contact Operations at operation@darmor.ae.
Information and purposes
For an initial enquiry, we use your name, contact details and the information you choose to include to respond and discuss the next steps. If you proceed, our team requests the identity, income, financial, property or company documents relevant to your case, reviews them and prepares and follows up the application. We also keep relevant correspondence, instructions and permissions. Please send documents only when requested by your assigned team member. When providing another person’s information, ensure you have their permission.
How contact works
Email and WhatsApp links open the application you choose. You review and send the message there; opening a link does not send an enquiry or submit a mortgage application. Requested documents are sent by email and handled manually by the team. The website does not offer document uploads or automated lending decisions. Its calculator provides an illustration and does not send the entered figures to DarMor.
Permissions and sharing
We use information to respond to your request and provide the service you ask for, meet applicable obligations and handle relevant complaints or claims. Where processing requires consent, we obtain it for that purpose; you can withdraw it through Operations. An enquiry is not permission to send your file to every lender or use it for unrelated marketing. We agree the recipient and obtain the relevant authority before a lender submission. Referring partners receive information within the client’s permission and agreed responsibilities. The lender makes its own assessment and handles information under its own privacy notice.
Service providers and website data
Cloudflare provides website hosting and security, Microsoft 365 supports our email communications, and WhatsApp handles messages if you choose that channel. These services may process technical or communication information, such as IP addresses, device details, access times and message data, according to their role and terms. Processing may take place outside the UAE; we do not promise that all communication data remains in the UAE. This website has no advertising trackers or optional analytics configured by DarMor. Hosting and access-security services may use necessary logs or cookies. Access to application documents is limited to the assigned team member for case handling, with sharing for an authorised lender submission or where disclosure is legally required.
Retention and future reviews
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service you request, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations and handle relevant complaints or legal claims. Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose. We delete information when there is no longer a reason to retain it.
If you request a future mortgage review, we keep a separate, limited reminder record. We close that record when the review is completed or cancelled, or 90 days after the agreed review date if you do not respond, unless you request a new date. This does not extend the retention of your application documents.
Your choices and requests
Contact operation@darmor.ae to request information about your records, access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw a permission or cancel a future-review reminder. Other rights, including restriction, objection or portability, may apply according to the relevant law. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; do not send identity documents with your initial request. Some records may need to remain for an applicable obligation or claim. We explain relevant limits and handle requests within applicable deadlines. You may also raise a complaint with the competent authority where the law provides that right.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the service or information-handling arrangements change. A website visit does not provide blanket consent to new uses of your information. Notice version: 29 September 2026.
